Five minutes a hand, start to finish.
Does it work on acrylic?
Yes. Acrylic is tougher than gel, so give it a few extra minutes and buff the surface a little longer first.
Is acetone included?
No. Acetone is flammable and can't be shipped by air, so you use your own. Any standard pure acetone from a drugstore works.
Will it damage my natural nails?
No. The steam softens the gel so it lifts off in one piece. The damage people see from gel removal comes from filing and scraping, and you're not doing either.
How long does one hand take?
Five minutes in the machine, plus about a minute of buffing first. Both hands take around twelve minutes.
Can I use it on toes?
The finger plate is shaped for fingers. It isn't made for toes.
How many times can I use it?
There's nothing to replace and nothing that runs out. You refill the acetone yourself each time.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If it arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 10 days of delivery and we'll replace it. A change of mind is a return: the machine has to be unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the return shipping. One email reaches a person either way.
